Phone calls placed to the number on this site may be recorded for quality and record-keeping purposes.

Like most websites, this site uses analytics to understand how visitors find and use it — pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, and referring source. This is aggregate traffic measurement, not an attempt to identify you personally.

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

How we use it

Your request information is used to connect you with one licensed and insured HVAC contractor serving your area, to respond to questions you send us, and to keep records of requests we've handled.

Analytics data is used to understand site performance and improve the pages.

Who we share it with

The referred contractor. This is the core of the service. Submitting a request means your contact details and the description of your situation go to one licensed and insured HVAC contractor so they can reach out about your estimate. Once that contractor has your information, their own privacy practices govern how they handle it, and you should ask them directly about their policies.

Service providers. We use third-party services to operate this site, including web hosting, form and email delivery, call tracking, and website analytics. These providers process data on our behalf.

Legal requirements. We may disclose information where required by law or to protect legal rights.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not distribute your request to a pool of multiple contractors bidding against each other.

Communications and consent

By submitting the form or calling, you agree that Rescom Air Corp. and the referred contractor may contact you by phone, text, or email about your request. Message and data rates may apply to texts. You can ask to stop being contacted at any time by replying STOP to a text or telling us directly.
